On the 13th and the 14th of March of 2010 we will be in the Bona Dea Spa hotel in Poznan Poland to present together with our colleagues from Sunhouse real estate to present you our offers on houses for sale on the Costa Blanca.

As buying a house in Spain is a dream for many but still a big step due to the language barrier and the difference in rules and regulations, we have decided to bring you a selection of our houses to Poznan for you to get to know.

Beside showing you how nice and beautiful the Costa Blanca is, will we also explain you how we work so that you will see that buying a house on the Costa Blanca is not a very difficult process.

At our presentation you can see a wide selection of new build houses on the Costa Blanca while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine. We will be there to guide you, advise you, to show you the information and to answer your questions about how and what on buying a house in Spain.

Our presentation gives you a good idea of what is for sale and which will be to houses that suit you. The next step in this process is to come over to Spain, so that we can show you the properties, the Costa Blanca, let you get to know the Spanish culture, food and wines.

On a trip like that, an inspection trip, we will show you all key ready properties that we have for sale. An inspection trip takes about 2 to 3 days and we will view a maximum of 10 houses, this way you will have time to view without rushing and also will not be overfed with information.
